Monday: Easy Fried Rice
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
Wednesday: Sandwich Night (Grilled Cheese or Fried Egg)
Thursday: "Healthified" Mexican Pasta Skillet
Friday: Wild Rice & White Bean Medley

oh my goodness!!! i am drooling over these recipes!! they sound good, and not too difficult for me. ;-) mmm i'm going to have to steal some recipes for me! thanks for posting your recipes, and kudos on being so organized! i aspire to do this one day!

Love your menu...like always..... I just need to copy yours each week! I had NO desire to plan a menu for this week... which is why its all stuff from the house.... and I don't want any of it! :)
