This sweet little boy was born with 3 arms in China. Isn't he so precious?
Reading this story provoked some thoughts. Did the parents learn about the third arm prior to delivery? Was it detected during an ultrasound?
Furthermore, HAD these parents known about this prior, would we still be seeing these pictures of this baby right now? I hate to think that way, but there have been so many recent storieds about parents choosing to continue a pregnancy or end a pregnancy because of their unborn baby's birth defects. And let's face it, China doesn't exactly have a good reputation for being pro-life or acceepting of many differences. Heck, hey kill of their own females simply for being female!
Don't get me wrong. I am so pleased to see this baby survived pregnancy, when in so many cases like this that would not be the end result.
