Speaking of Fathers

This article was interesting, as it indicates fatherhood can actually be good for your health. Too often we hear how hard parenthood is, how stressful, how infringing it is. It's nice to hear something positive every once in a while.
Fatherhood is like any important endeavor: You only get out of it what you
put into it. If you're an active, involved father, you may gain a newfound sense
of purpose that improves your mental health. Because fatherhood can boost
confidence, optimism and self esteem, many fathers say there's nothing more
fulfilling than seeing their children grow and thrive.

So PB, do you think being a dad has changed your health, both physical and mental? How do you agree or disagree with this entry?

I know as a mom I am more apt to eating healthier, since children watch EVERYTHING we do! lol. And being a mom has also definitely increased my prayer time.

Yeah, it reminds me that I have someone else depending on me so I'd better take good care of myself.
