They want their stories told

Exactly what do they want us to "get"? They go on and on about what a hard decision they faced. Sure-I imagine it was very hard to decide whether your own flesh and blood deserved a chance at life. (sarcasm inserted!) I have never purchased this magazine, but I would be interested to read this edition. I won't offer my own money on it, but perhaps the library will have a copy. I pray at least one woman's story in there shows remorse and regret. At least one.
Read the news brief here.

Did I read this correctly??

"Findling, 42, is married, with a 5-year-old daughter, and has been trying to get pregnant again while pursuing her career as a philanthropic foundation executive."

So she was pregnant last year, found out the baby had Down Syndrome, had an abortion and is now trying to get pregnant AGAIN???

What happens if the next baby has Down Syndrome? How many babies is she willing to kill?

So sad. :(
