Dancing! Specifically the Waltz. Not that I'd want be in a situation where I need a prescription, but if I was told I had to dance, I'd love it! Any second time reader here is probably already familiar with my love of dance, as I've shared my love for Dancing with the Stars.
Researchers are finding waltzing to be a perfect type of aerobic activity to improve the heart and oxygen flow. You can read about it here. I think it's great. :)
