I needed to get back to posting this. I only missed one week (because of having the baby), but I realized that when my meals are planned, everything else falls into place.
For this week:
Monday: Easy & Delicious Crockpot Chicken
Tuesday: Hot Dogs & Baked Beans
Wednesday: Italian Style Rice and Beans
Thursday: Quick Chicken Divan (thanks again to Barb for the recipe)
Friday: Vegetarian Refried Bean Burritos
As usual, the weekend falls into hubby's hands. Probably grilled kielbasa and frozen pizza, or appetizer-type meals. We enjoy the laid-backness. :)

My kids liked that Chicken Divan a lot. I think their words were: "Make this again! Tomorrow!" I hope it's as big a hit in your house.

The Crockpot Chicken sounds very tasty. I looked at the recipe and it sounds like something my family would enjoy.
With a few low fat and sodium changes this will still taste as good as yours.
LOL-yes, we are consuming a lot of beans this week!
Cheap, cheap, cheap-that's all I can really say. Cheap, fast & easy to make. I'm totally doing the easy meals this week, seeing how I manage on my own with the 2 kids now.
At least we'll (hopefully) be regular! I guess I should call it "cleansing week". lol
