Menu Plan Monday-July 9, 2007

Good Monday Morning! Doesn't it seem like July is flying by already? It does for me.
Last week we barely stayed on our menu plan. I majorly blew it as far as Weight Watchers goes. I think I'll be using my 1st No-Weigh In Pass tomorrow. If you are up to nagging at me and giving me a kick in the toosh, please do! I need it to get motivated enough to get back on program.

We only had our spaghetti last week from our menu plan. We has dinner out Tuesday for my dh's b-day, then Italian sausages for the 4th, and the pizza the next 2 days! Terrible, I tell ya. It was good, though. ;) So this week I am trying to be hard-core again. I do not want to gain it all back!

Monday: Black Bean & Corn Quesadillas

Tuesday: Crockpot Creamy Ranch Potatoes and Chicken, broccoli on the side & raw carrots
Wednesday: Meatloaf Muffins with mashed potatoes and green beans
Thursday: Vegetable Fried Rice
Friday: Turkey dogs on the grill with potatoes and baked beans or salad

This weekend we'll probably grill out Hot Italian Sausage my in-laws left with us. :) I also plan to make a cucumber salad and 3-bean salad. My husband ultimately finalizes the weekend meals, though.

Have a great week! Thanks for stopping by to see what's cooking in my kitchen. Be sure to stop by Laura's site for more menu ideas.

Looks great, as usual. Mind if I send my family over to eat at your house? LOL!

Per your request, here's a swift :::KICK::: for ya... but you've done so well in the past, that I know you'll get right back on track!

tegdirb92-you're welcome. :)
I always try to have the recipes posted or at least link to a similar one. I love when people do that, so I try to do the same.

Thanks to all of you for stopping by!

And Amy-thanks for that kick. ;) I need it. Boy oh boy, why are some weeks so much harder than others?

Good luck with finding your way back on course. As a fellow Weight-Watcher member, I know you can do it, just persevere.
