We've been terrible the last two weeks as far as following our menu goes. This week-we will follow it. I have to, before I gain back some of the 30 pounds I've lost!
Monday: Meatless Whole Meat Spaghetti (didn't get to last week), broccoli
Tuesday: Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff, green beans
Wednesday: Cowboy Pot Pie
Thursday: Parmesan Chicken, green beans, potatoes
Friday: Southwestern Pie

Hi Sharon! It's 1:30pm and I just now got around to posting a new menu for this week. Ugh. But in regards to the comment you left on last week's plan... I thought it was funny (the timing) that you asked if we were still doing WW, because this week, we are back on it! :)
