My favorite kitchen gadget is my jigger. I can measure out my vodka and not feel as bad as when I just swig it from the bottle! It's a real morale improver. "See, Ace? Mommy's just drinking a few jiggers full." Also, they're really easy to hide behind my back if my husband walks in the room! Anything that makes me seem like less of an alcoholic around my family makes me feel powerful!
(Also, I'm stealing this for my local mom's board.)
