Usually mine involves Brennan and a temper tantrum in public, but not this morning.
Today's embarrassment (if that's even the right word...I found this more humorous than anything):
I was dropping Aidan off to his classroom this morning, and his teacher laughed and told me Aidan drew her a picture last week. She took me over to show me.
Yup.
My 5 year old drew his teacher a picture of a wine glass.
And he did a good job, too. She even said "he drew a great glass".
I laughed, slightly nervous, and assured her I don't drink that much wine, and it's the cheap stuff, too.
Thankfully she replied that she likes wine, too, and "who can afford the good stuff?"
Phew.
That so could have gone the wrong way.

LOL!!!! Ohhh my gosh. I love kids.
Too funny!! you wanna know what E said this morning? the boys were eating donuts at the hotel, and Ethan says "Mom, these donuts are damn good!" Jason and I were trying so hard not to laugh. I mean, I know it's not appropiate but it was just so out of the blue! then when I asked him "what did you say" he says "these donuts are SURE good, mom." LOL.
LOL...when I was in elementary school, I drew a picture of a Riunite (pronounced ree-oo-nee-tee) wine bottle. Do you remember that stuff? It had a really catching song on the commercial. I guess I liked the commercial and when I was told to draw an inanimate object, that's what popped into my mind. :)
you go Aidan! :)
Hey, at least it's a Catholic school. They understand.
