Monday: Tequila-Lime Pork (grilled), potatoes, green pepperTuesday: I'm going out to dinner! My husband & boys are on their own! :)
Wednesday: Cowboy Pot Pie, raw carrots on the side
Thursday: Parmesan Chicken (not like Chicken Parmesan), steamed broccoli, bread rolls
Friday: Baked Oatmeal, fruit, yogurt on the side
The weekends are usually up to my husband to plan. :)
