Menu Plan Monday--October 4, 2010

OCTOBER!!!!

I love October and I am so happy it's here. :) Our 1st October weekend consisted of  Aidan's soccer game in the rain (but it was fun;), some shopping, Fall decorating, 40 Days for Life, Mass, delicious pot roast, and popcorn selling. It was a good weekend to enjoy being around the house with family. Hopefully it will be a good week, too!

Monday: Saucy Pork Medallions

Tuesday: Southwestern Pie

Wednesday: Soup & Sandwiches

Thursday: Lasagna Casserole

Friday: Pancakes
