Today in History: Terri Schiavo

One year ago: The U.S. Supreme Court denied an appeal from the parents of Terri Schiavo to have a feeding tube reinserted into the severely brain-damaged woman. (Washington Post)

Terri Schiavo did not just die. Law makers and others brought about her death before it was meant to happen; many call that murder.
This case drew an extreme amount of attention from all locations. It brought forth the best from the pro-lifers.

Terri's parents have made something positive of this ordeal. They have established The Terri Schindler Schiavo Foundation, Inc. The purpose of this Foundation is to protect others that are in situations similar to Terri's.
Let us remember Terri in our prayers today. Let us pray for her family and loved ones.

Rest in Peace, Terri.
