We got back late last night after a 13 hour car ride from South Carolina. We came home to no groceries and much to put away, so this is in no particular order, and it's a menu quickly put together. (which, I am sure, will be edited throughout the week!)

Meatless Whole Wheat Spaghetti, green beans, Garden Vegetable Soup
TBD-maybe eating out with in-laws
