This week is without much thought or effort. Just a quick hopeful list. ;)

Tuesday: Rice & Beans or Black Bean Tacos
Wednesday: Slow-Baked Breaded Pork, mashed potatoes, vegetables
Thursday: Sticky Teriyaki Chicken, Rice & vegetable
Friday: Breakfast for dinner or egg sandwiches
