Menu Plan Monday--June 23, 2008

Monday: Parmesan Chicken, steamed broccoli, Lipton Chicken Broccoli Pasta Side
Tuesday: Vegetable Chow Mein
Wednesday: Chicken Rice Dish, fruit on the side
Thursday: Apple Burgers, Potato wedges, raw baby carrots
Friday: Vegetable-Egg Fajitas*, cooled chickpeas (*I substitute egg-beaters for a healthier version)
