Woo-hoo! It's the final week of July!
I'm excited because that means we're one step closer to Fall, which I love.
It also means we're closer to going to northern Michigan for a few days. I can't wait to be at the cabin and RELAX.
I'm not doing so well with the menu planning & cooking in the midst of morning sickness, but I'm trying.
So here is my latest effort:
Chicken with Grapes, pasta
Tuesday: Cereal or frozen waffles night (hubby at class)
Wednesday: Shepherd's Pie, bread rolls (similar recipe)
Thursday: leftovers or TBD
Friday: Vegetable Quesadillas
