Menu Plan Monday--April 7, 2008

Notes from last week's menu: The Seven-Layer Dinner we tried last week was delicious! Very nutritious, too, but full of good flavor. We voted it a definite do-again here. That was our only new recipe last week. You'll be seeing it again!
Monday: Vegetable-Cheese Bake
Tuesday:
Spicy Chicken & Bean Skillet
Wednesday: Stuffed Peppers (meatless)
Thursday:
Vegetable Meat Dish
Friday:
Potato Chowder in the Crockpot

Your menu looks great! I too love stuffed peppers, I find there are so many really good combinations we can put in there. Enjoy!

You may find this hard to believe, but I am going VEGETARIAN this week (and probably next week)!
