Menu Plan Monday--January 18, 2010

How was your weekend? I hope it was a good one for you. Fortunately we're still on our weekend, since hubby & my 5yo have off tomorrow for MLK.
We did well staying on our menu last week. I think this week will be pretty easy to stick with, too.

Monday: Little Caesars Pizza (giftcard)
Tuesday: Cola Pork Sandwiches, potatoes, raw carrots (I do mine in slow cooker & it's delicious!)
Wednesday: Vegetable Fried Rice, side tbd (fruit?)
Thursday: Chicken with Apples & Cider (with noodles)
Friday: Pita Pizzas (meatless)

Thanks for getting me started on Menu Plan Monday, Sharon! Last week was my first week and it was a MAJOR help.

I'm going to check out your recipe for Cola Pork sandwiches. Sounds so good!
